1. Celebrations!!!Each school site has developed systems, incentive programs, and documents to support school wide systems. What are the GLOWS (accomplishments) in your school?
What way would you like to present this information? Chart paper Google Docs Prezi etc. Tiered Fidelity Action PlanAn email was sent to your PBIS Leadership team. It was a word document named TFI Action Plan 2016-17. Today, your leadership team will be filling out the document. When each site is scheduling the calendar for next year, this action plan will decide on school site PBIS Professional Development Days.
Data ComparisonIn the School Site Google Folder in Data, each team will find their data for the school year. An email was shared with the PBIS administrators on suspension, expulsion rate that was gathered from our iT staff.
Review the data. Ask questions like... Did we improve 20% from last years suspension, and expulsion rate? (SCTG) What intervention programs does the site have that are in place for your Highest ODR incidents? What are intervention suggestions needed to help decrease High ODR incidents at your school site? Please keep the areas of incidents that are high as an area of intervention. It is important that we address this in our site action plan. |
Tiered Fidelity Inventory with Leadership GroupIn your school site PBIS Google folder, the leadership team will find Tiered Fidelity Inventory results. At the last TCOE PD, each leadership team received the information. There was no time designated to analyze the information.
Today, each leadership team will complete the TFI as well as analyze previous results. The leadership team will determine the score together. The questions need to be answers for all Tiers 1-3. The Results need to be turned into the PBIS Coodinator at the end of the PD day. Please put the results on the TFI worksheet. SAVE in the School Site DATA folder on GOOGLE Drive. An email went out asking for the Site Coach to do a Walk-through this week. The results need to be turned into the PBIS Coodinator at the end of PD day today. If the site needs more time, contact the PBIS coodinator. Remember, the walk through will give you a preview of what the evaluation from TCOE. Aeries Intervention/Pre-referral/Referral to InterventionWe are working on the AERIES Intervention/Pre-referral/Referral to Intervention with a subset group of teachers at Mission Oak who have a same sample of students. We are working on issues that have come up with emails, contact, etc.
*We did realize that it is important that we have a discipline procedure and intervention procedure to help guide our district to using Aeries Interventions. Each site has a rough draft of PBIS/STAFF handbook in their School Site Google folder named _____ Staff Handbook Binder. It is in PDF as well as Publisher. This document is the sustainable communication document of all the hardwork
